Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product images, colours, sizes, materials and descriptions. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable because of an inventory error, we may cancel the affected order and provide the applicable refund.

Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The applicable product price, shipping charge and other applicable charges will be displayed before checkout. True Nature is currently not GST-registered. Tax information will be updated if and when GST registration becomes applicable.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate operational or legal reasons, including product availability issues, incorrect pricing information, payment problems, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect customer information. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Force majeure

True Nature will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, public emergencies, courier disruptions, technical failures or other comparable events.

True Nature may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in operations, products, payment methods, delivery arrangements or applicable legal requirements. The latest version published on the website will apply to future transactions unless otherwise required by law.
