Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with the conditions below and applicable consumer rights.

Return / exchange window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Size exchange

One size exchange may be permitted, subject to product availability and compliance with the applicable return conditions.

Change-of-mind returns

Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, a ₹500 delivery/handling charge may apply.

Damaged or incorrect products

Customers must report a damaged, defective or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or video evidence. Where the claim is accepted, True Nature may provide a replacement or other remedy as applicable.

Conditions

Products should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with original tags and packaging, except where the issue itself prevents this. Returns may be refused where damage or deterioration is caused by misuse, washing, alteration or other customer-caused reasons, subject to applicable law.
