Payment Policy
Effective 20 September 2026
True Nature accepts online payment only. Payments are made at checkout through Razorpay, our payment partner. Cash on delivery is not offered. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
How to pay
Pay by UPI at checkout, using any UPI app. Your order is confirmed only once the payment has been received and verified. You will see the confirmation on screen and by email.
Unpaid orders
The pieces in your order are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed in that time, the order is cancelled automatically and the pieces are released.
Payment problems
If an amount is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order number. Any amount received for an order that cannot be fulfilled is refunded to the original payment method.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Razorpay. True Nature does not see or store your UPI PIN or bank details.
WhatsApp is for customer support only. Orders cannot be placed or paid for over WhatsApp.
